Saska Secure

The Secure Session · private · 60 minutes

You know the theory. You still froze when they went quiet on Tuesday.

You have read the posts. You can name the pattern. And you are still holding your phone at 1am, still making yourself smaller, still not sure whether what you feel is intuition or anxiety. This is the hour for your actual situation: what he did, what you did, and what you say next.

Apply for a session$150, 60 minutes. Nothing is charged until you book.

What we do in the hour

  1. 10 minThe situation as it stands, from your intake. The last three messages, the last conversation, the thing that keeps repeating.
  2. 25 minTheir side, in attachment terms and not in hope terms. What their pullback, their silence or their defensiveness is actually telling you, and which part of it is about you at all.
  3. 20 minYour move. The words for the next conversation, said from calm instead of panic. The boundary you can actually hold. What you will stop doing.
  4. 5 minA one-line plan for the next 14 days, written down.

This is for you if

  • You are still together and every conversation turns into chasing, pressure or shutdown
  • You keep negotiating against yourself to keep the peace, and you are disappearing
  • It ended, or it is ending, and you want to understand what happened instead of carrying it
  • You cannot tell the difference between your intuition and your anxiety any more
  • You want to stay, and you want to stay as yourself

Length and price

$150 for 60 minutes, online

Paid when you book, after your application is accepted. Nothing is charged while it is being read, and if it is not a fit you are not charged at all.

How many sessions you need is individual. Some people come once, at a turning point. Others book a second to rehearse the hard conversation and a third to debrief it. We decide that together after the first hour, never before.

How it runs

  • Online by video call, wherever you are
  • Written intake before we meet, so the hour is not spent on background
  • Focused entirely on your situation: the last messages, what they did, what you did
  • You leave with a written plan for the next 14 days, not just something to think about

What happens after you apply

No hard sell, no automatic booking page

  1. 01

    You apply

A short written application about your situation and what you are hoping for. It takes about ten minutes and commits you to nothing.

  2. 02

    Saska reads it herself

Every application is read personally, usually within 48 hours. If it is not a fit, because what you need is therapy, crisis support or something else entirely, she will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.

  3. 03

You receive a private booking link

If it is a fit, you get her availability and the terms in writing. You pick a time, pay the $150 securely by card at that moment, and it is confirmed. No account to create, nothing to log in to.

Apply

Tell me what is going on.

A few questions about your situation and what you would want to be different. It takes about ten minutes, it is free, and it commits you to nothing.

I read every one myself, and you will hear back either way.

What you write here is private. It is stored securely, read only by me, and never published, not as a testimonial, not as content, not anywhere.

As much or as little as you want. Honest is more useful than tidy.

“Not sure” is a completely acceptable answer.

Free to apply. No payment now, and no obligation either way.

What coaching can help with

  • Understanding the pattern you are caught in, and your part of it
  • Regulating the spiral so you stop acting from panic
  • Communicating a need without it becoming pressure
  • Deciding whether to stay, and how to know
  • Navigating no contact without it becoming a waiting game

What coaching cannot provide

  • Therapy, diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition
  • Crisis or emergency support
  • A guarantee that a specific person will return or change
  • Support in an abusive or controlling relationship. That needs specialist help

Coaching sits comfortably alongside therapy, and many people do both. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact your local emergency service or a qualified clinician. Read the full scope statement here.

If you are in no contact right now, the No Contact Session is the same hour, built for the silence. And if you want to do this work over four weeks with other people, The Secure Shift is the group version.

Questions

Before you apply

Will you tell me whether I should stay or leave?

No one can make that decision for you. I will help you separate fear, hope, attachment, behaviour and compatibility so that the decision is yours and made from clarity.

Can my partner join?

Not in this session. It is your hour, about your side of the pattern. Couples work may be offered separately.

Why an application instead of a booking page?

Because this work does not help everyone, and it should not be sold to everyone. The application lets Saska decline the situations she cannot help with, and give proper attention to the ones she can.

How do I pay?

By card, at the moment you choose your time. Your private booking link takes payment through Stripe as part of confirming the slot. You do not need to create an account anywhere, and this website never sees or stores your card details.

What if I need to reschedule?

Give at least 48 hours' notice using the link in your booking confirmation and we will find another time, at no extra cost. Below that, or a missed session without notice, the session is used.
