About Saska
I did not learn this dynamic from the outside. I lived it.
For four years, I was inside the anxious-avoidant cycle that I now help others understand and change.

I was the anxious partner. My partner responded to closeness by withdrawing. For a long time, we were exactly the couple everyone warns you about.
When he pulled away, I chased. When he became quiet, I assumed I had done something wrong. I reread messages, searched for hidden meaning and treated his distance as evidence about my worth.
I made myself smaller and called it being easy to love. Then I resented him for not noticing what it was costing me.
We broke up three times. We experienced long periods of no contact. Each time we found our way back to one another, the same pattern returned because love had brought us back, but neither of us had learned how to make that love feel safe.
The real shift was not learning how to keep him
It was learning how to stop abandoning myself whenever I felt him pulling away.
I stopped accepting breadcrumbs. I began regulating my anxiety instead of immediately acting from it. I learned how to communicate what I needed clearly, hold boundaries I could actually keep and separate his emotional state from my self-worth.
My partner had to choose his own work
I could support him, understand him and create safer conditions for communication, but I could not heal his patterns for him. That responsibility had to remain his.
We worked separately first. Only then could we begin working on the relationship together, instead of each trying to manage the other’s nervous system.
Today, we are still together in a loving, secure relationship.
Not perfect. Not free from every trigger. Secure enough to communicate, repair, take space without threatening the relationship and return to one another without fear controlling every decision.
The work
Now I help others find their way out of the same cycle
I have worked with more than 100 individuals navigating anxious-avoidant relationships, breakups, no contact, emotional withdrawal, overthinking and the difficult process of becoming more secure.
Some come to me wanting to understand their partner. Others come because they are exhausted from analysing every message, waiting for someone to change or losing themselves inside the relationship.
My work helps you understand both sides of the dynamic while bringing the focus back to the person you can actually change: yourself.
This is not about teaching you how to chase more effectively, tolerate emotional neglect or say the perfect thing to make someone return.
It is about helping you
- understand what is happening beneath the push-pull pattern
- regulate yourself before anxiety makes your decisions
- communicate without chasing, attacking or disappearing
- recognise the difference between healthy space and emotional unavailability
- set boundaries without using them as threats
- rebuild trust in your own perception
- become more secure whether the relationship continues or not
My approach
I do not believe avoidant people are villains.
I do not believe anxious people are too much.
These are not fixed personality labels. They are protective attachment responses that can change through awareness, responsibility, practice and consistent action.
Understanding the pattern can create compassion. But compassion should never require you to abandon your needs, silence your pain or carry another person’s healing for them.
You can understand their fear without making it your responsibility to carry.
What working with me feels like
Warmth and honesty, without false certainty
You will receive warmth, honesty and practical guidance. I will help you understand the behaviour that is confusing you, but I will not romanticise inconsistency or give you false certainty about what another person is feeling.
We will look at what is happening in the relationship and what is happening inside you.
The goal is not to make you need less, feel less or become more convenient to love. The goal is to help you feel grounded enough to ask for what you need, hear the answer clearly and choose your next step without abandoning yourself.
Being clear about what this is
Honest about the limits, because it matters
What I do
I am a relationship coach and educator specialising in anxious-avoidant dynamics and the journey towards secure attachment.
My work is informed by lived experience, extensive personal study and supporting more than 100 people through these patterns in practical, emotionally honest language.
What I am not
I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist or medical professional. My coaching provides educational guidance and personal support. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or crisis care.
I cannot guarantee reconciliation or control another person’s choices. What I can do is help you understand the pattern, regain clarity and stop losing yourself inside uncertainty.
You do not have to keep decoding this alone
Whether you are trying to understand a relationship, recover from a breakup or become more secure within yourself, there is a next step that does not require you to abandon your heart or your self-respect.
