The details
Privacy
What I collect, why, and how to have it deleted. Short, because it should be.
What I collect
If you sign up for the free guide or the waitlist: your first name and email address, and the fact that you agreed to receive them.
If you apply for a private session: your answers to the application questions. Those often describe your relationship and how you are feeling, which is personal in a way an email address is not, and it is treated that way.
If you buy a guide: nothing sensitive reaches me. Checkout happens on Payhip and card details never touch this website.
What I do with it
Email addresses are used to send you what you asked for, and the Secure Notes emails until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
Applications are read by me, personally, to decide whether I can genuinely help. They are never published, never quoted, and never used as marketing. If I ever want to share something you wrote, I will ask you first and it will be anonymised.
Nothing is ever sold, and nothing is shared for anyone else’s marketing.
How long I keep it
- Email subscribers — until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
- Applications — 12 months, then deleted, whether or not you were accepted.
- If we worked together — the application and my session notes for 3 years afterwards.
- Purchase records — as long as tax rules require.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. Page visits are counted in a way that uses no cookies, stores no IP address and cannot identify you — which is why this site never asks you to accept anything. Nothing you type into a form is ever sent to it.
Your data is yours
Email saska.secure.attachment@gmail.com and you can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else.
If you are ever unhappy with how I have handled this, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
