FAQ
The questions people actually arrive with.
Including the ones that are uncomfortable to answer honestly.
Is this therapy?
No. Saska is a relationship coach and educator, not a therapist. Coaching here is educational and practical — understanding a pattern and changing how you respond to it. It is not psychotherapy, it does not treat mental health conditions, and it is not crisis care. If you are dealing with trauma, depression, abuse or thoughts of harming yourself, please work with a qualified clinician or your local crisis service. Coaching can sit alongside therapy, and often does.
What is relationship coaching, then?
Structured, forward-looking support focused on what is happening now and what you want to do about it. Sessions look at the pattern you are caught in, what your part of it is, what you actually need, and how to communicate and decide from a steadier place. It is practical rather than diagnostic.
Can an avoidant partner change?
People can and do change — but only when they choose to, do their own work, and stay with it. Nothing you learn here changes another adult. What this work reliably changes is you: how quickly you spiral, how clearly you communicate, what you tolerate, and how well you can tell the difference between fear and a genuine problem. That shift changes relationships often. It just cannot be guaranteed to, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.
Can I become secure if my partner does not change?
Yes. This is the part most people do not believe at first. Security is built out of your own regulation, self-trust and standards — none of which are issued by your partner. Becoming secure will not always save a particular relationship. It will always make the next decision clearer.
Can you help me get my ex back?
No, and that is not what this work is for. No guide, message, script or waiting period can make another person return, and anyone who tells you otherwise is taking advantage of how much this hurts. What Saska can help with is understanding what happened, stopping the spiral, and rebuilding yourself — whether or not they ever come back.
Is this suitable during no contact?
Yes, and it is one of the most common times people arrive. No contact is often when the pattern is loudest and the urge to reach out is strongest. The work focuses on regulating that, understanding what the silence does and does not mean, and using the time for something other than waiting.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, within clear limits. Couples support here is educational coaching for two people who both want it — understanding the anxious-avoidant cycle together and learning to communicate through it. It is not couples therapy, it is not mediation, and it is not appropriate where there is abuse, coercion or control. If that is your situation, please speak to a qualified professional or a domestic abuse service.
How are the digital products delivered?
Instantly. You buy through a secure checkout and the download link arrives by email straight away. Files stay available for re-download. If anything goes missing, email us and we will resend it.
Are digital products refundable?
Because the guides are delivered instantly and in full, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you were charged twice, the file is faulty, or you bought the wrong one and have not downloaded it, email me and it is refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What is the cancellation policy for coaching?
Yes — give at least 48 hours' notice using the link in your booking confirmation and we will find another time, at no extra cost. Below that, or a missed session without notice, the session is used. This is confirmed in writing before you pay.
What happens after I apply for coaching?
Saska reads every application herself. If it looks like a good fit, you will receive a private booking link with her available times and the details of the format and price. If it is not a fit — because what you need is therapy, crisis support, or simply something else — she will tell you honestly and point you somewhere more useful. Applying does not commit you to anything.
Why do I have to apply instead of just booking?
Because this work only helps some people, and it should not be sold to everyone. The application means Saska can decline the ones she cannot genuinely help, and give proper attention to the ones she can.
Still unsure whether this is right for you? Email me at saska.secure.attachment@gmail.com and ask. I would rather tell you it is not a fit than sell you something that will not help.
