A two-week live group for people in no contact with an avoidant partner. Two weeks, because that is the horizon you are actually living in. Four sessions on what the silence does to them, what it does to you, and the two plans you leave with.
$189 per person in total, for all four sessions. The first dates go to the waitlist before anywhere else. Joining does not commit you to anything.

Session 1
Their side of the silence
What no contact does to an avoidant nervous system, week by week. Relief, then checking, then writing and deleting. Where they probably are right now, and why "they seem fine" is not information.
Session 2
Your side of the silence
Protest behaviour: checking, rehearsing, reading their silence for meaning. Why each one keeps you activated, and the regulation that actually works when the fear spikes.
Session 3
Reading the signs
Low-cost bids versus real re-approach. The three markers of someone actually changing, and the difference between missing you and being ready. What to do with a view, a like, a "hey".
Session 4
The two plans
If they message, and if they do not. Both written, both specific, both yours. And what "living your life" concretely means for the next 30 days.
What is included
- Four live sessions across two weeks, 75 minutes each
- A group of no more than twelve people, all in no contact
- Session recordings for a limited time
- Two written plans you leave with: if they message, and if they do not
- Questions submitted between sessions and answered live
This is not for you if
- You want a technique to make a specific person return
- You need emergency, crisis, medical or mental health treatment
- You are in an unsafe or abusive situation. That needs specialist support
- You are not willing to respect the privacy of the other people in the group

Is this therapy?
No. It is educational group coaching based on lived experience and attachment-informed guidance. It is not therapy, medical care or crisis support.
Is this a strategy to make them reach out?
No. It is a way to stop guessing what the silence means, stop reacting from panic, and decide what you are doing with the next two weeks. If they reach out, you will know what to do. If they do not, you will know what to do.
Does this replace The Secure Shift?
No. This is two weeks for the acute stage. The Secure Shift is four weeks on the pattern itself. People who finish this group and want to keep going are offered a place in the next Secure Shift first.
What if I cannot attend every session live?
Sessions are recorded and available for a limited time. Live is better, because the questions are where the work happens, but nobody is excluded for missing one.
